Airco

Air conditioning is no luxury in a city like Miami Beach where the climate is constantly hot and humid.

To keep the apartment in good shape, please follow the instruction here under:

- let the airco run all the time;
- adapt the desired temperture with the control panel at the kitchen entrance;
- keep in mind that airco needs a lot of electricity, no need to freeze the atmosphere!

The airco system of the apartment is central, switch to heater on the control panel if you need some warmth.

Use the Farenheit – Celsius converter to have the appropriate temperture.

A set of keys is composed of the following:

- main gate/door (1 key)
- apartment front/back doors (2 keys)
- mail box (1 key)

The lost of the keys involves the payment of new set of keys worth $75.

There is one travel adaptator in the apartment which allows you to connect any device from any other voltage zone. Connect only devices that may!

Bathroom

To activate the shower, pull down the ring of the tap where the water comes out.

Use only appropriate products to keep the enamel surface of the tub in good state.

If the water drains slowly use the plunger stored under the kitchen sink.

Sofa bed

The two sofa beds are easy to use. Adjust the back of each sofa to get the desired position. Each time you should ear a click!

Conforters, pillows and linens are stored in the bedroom cupboard.

Secured connection

Your rental does not includes a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet through a secured connection. An AT&T broadband modem is at your disposal and may be connected as soon as you sign in for new services.

Power

The modem is connected to the electrical wire with the same plug as the one at the ground level near the standing lamp in the living room. If not connected, please let the modem automatically reboot during several minutes. When done, three led lamps should glow on the modem front panel.
